Quantum Solutions and Promineo to merge

24. November 2010. Quantum Solutions AS and Promineo AS have today announced that the two companies have agreed to merge. The combined company will carry the Promineo name and have offices in Stavanger and Etne. The transaction will create a company with 10 employees and an expected 2011 turn-over in excess of 15 MNOK.

After a successful evaluation process, where the tool was put to practical daily use by a very competent evaluation team on real time projects, Aibel has decided to make Proteus an integral part of their Corporate Project Management tools portfolio.

Quantum Solutions is very pleased to welcome Aibel as its latest new client, and we look forward to continuing the productive working relationship we have recently established with their evaluation team.

Moving forward, Quantum Solutions will now asist Aibel with a wider focus on how to best put Proteus to use in a corporate context:
How to best break down the boundaries between "isolated islands of data" within the company, and to provide its key personnel a user friendly means to interact with any such set(s) of data.
